Went to Lim Chu Kang area to fish again... Im beginning to love freshwater. As usual used catfish. I tried popping but no fish was caught. I changed my rig to a catfish and threw. Still no fish. Then I saw a group of juvenile toman and cast out straight on them as their mother would be around to protect them. I wasnt expecting a bite so I turned around to talk. Just as I was turning back, I saw my whole rod was flying through the air. It went into the water. What to do? I jumped into the water and reeled up the Toman. Success! 6Kg on the scales. My father had a bite but his line broke. Sad. Anyway pictures for browsing!
